Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI writing and ad-revenue settlement platform service provided by AdEngine-X ("the Company"), as well as the rights and obligations of members and the Company.

Article 2 (Revenue Sharing & Payout Settlement)

⚠️ The revenue settlement feature is currently in beta preparation, and no actual advertising revenue is distributed or paid out before the official service launch (see our Privacy Policy for details). The provisions below describe the policy that will apply once the service formally launches; the launch date and detailed conditions will be announced separately.

• Members are entitled to receive 70% of the Google AdSense and affiliate advertising revenue generated from their own posts. (30% is retained as a platform maintenance fee.)
• The minimum payout threshold is $30 (or ¥3,000), paid monthly upon request via the member's chosen payment method (PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer).
• Earnings from accounts suspended for click fraud, macro abuse, or adult/illegal content are excluded from settlement.

Article 3 (Independent Contractor & Tax Provisions)

Members act as independent contractors, and each member is solely responsible for reporting and paying income taxes in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence.
