Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI writing and ad-revenue settlement platform service provided by AdEngine-X ("the Company"), as well as the rights and obligations of members and the Company.

Article 2 (Revenue Sharing & Payout Settlement)

⚠️ The creator ad-revenue-share (payout) feature is currently under policy and operational review and is not available (see our Privacy Policy for details). The provisions below describe the policy that would apply if this feature is implemented in the future; whether, when, and under what conditions it launches is not yet decided and will be announced separately.

  • (Planned) If implemented, members would be entitled to receive 70% of the Google AdSense and affiliate advertising revenue generated from their own posts. (30% would be retained as a platform maintenance fee.) — As noted above, this is not currently in effect.
  • (Planned) The minimum payout threshold would be $30 (or ¥3,000), paid monthly upon request via the member's chosen payment method (PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer).
  • (Planned) Earnings from accounts suspended for click fraud, macro abuse, or adult/illegal content would be excluded from settlement.

Article 3 (Credit Purchases and Payment)

The Company sells credits used for AI writing and other features for a fee, and payments are processed through our payment service provider (Toss Payments). Purchased credits constitute goods or services provided for use of the Service, and refunds are governed by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., electronic commerce consumer protection laws). Article 4 (Independent Contractor & Tax Provisions)

Members act as independent contractors, and each member is solely responsible for reporting and paying income taxes in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence.
